Refund Policy

 

  1. Returns

You may return any item purchased within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

  • Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unopened. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable. However, we will accommodate returns on unused items.
  • Return Fees: If your order qualifies for a return, shipping (including any free shipping offers) and insurance fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns after shipping costs have been deducted.
  • Refund Process: If your return is authorized, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and an additional 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Return Shipping: The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return Address: The return address will be provided with each order, as we have multiple locations.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items on sale, part of a combo deal, or offered as free items are not returnable.
  2. Fraud and Chargebacks

We take the protection of our customers and company seriously. Fraudulent chargebacks will have serious consequences, including:

 

  • Disabling your ability to make future purchases.
  • Potential involvement of law enforcement.
  • Possible legal action.

 

Charges on your statement will appear as either "KR SKY" or "Kratom Sky."

 

By placing an order with Kratomsky.com, you agree to the following:

 

  • If I have an unpaid balance to KR SKY (KratomSky.com) and do not make satisfactory payment arrangements, my account may be referred to an external collection agency. I will be responsible for reimbursing any collection agency fees, which may be up to 35% of the debt, along with any costs and expenses, including reasonable collection and attorney’s fees incurred during the collection process.
  • To service my account, KR SKY (KratomSky.com) or their designated collection agency is authorized to contact me via phone, text messages (message and data rates may apply), or email using the contact information I provide. This includes contacting me through pre-recorded or artificial voice messages and automatic dialing devices, as applicable. I also consent to the designated collection agency sharing my contact and account-related information with third-party vendors for communication purposes.
  • A $50.00 fee will be added to the total amount owed for unpaid balances.
